Refunds & Fulfillment Policy

At AI Trendz Media, we provide content marketing and distribution services for AI and tech brands — including sponsored posts, creator campaigns, social media placements, strategy calls, and related promotional work across our owned network and partner channels.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Our services are custom marketing work, not off-the-shelf products. Once a campaign is confirmed, we immediately allocate creator time, production resources, and distribution slots across our social accounts and network. That work cannot be reversed: content may be scripted, produced, scheduled, or published; audience attention is spent; and third-party costs may already be committed.

Because marketing deliverables are tailored to your brand and go live in public channels, they cannot be “returned” in the way a physical product can. For that reason, payments for campaigns, retainers, and one-off marketing packages are non-refundable — including partial refunds if a campaign is paused, rescheduled, or stopped after work has started.

The only exception is a duplicate or erroneous charge processed by our payment provider. If that happens, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate with our processor.

Delivery & Fulfillment

Campaign timelines, deliverables, and posting schedules are agreed during onboarding or in your proposal / invoice. Typical fulfillment includes:

  • Strategy and campaign alignment calls.
  • Content creation, review, and scheduling.
  • Distribution across agreed social platforms and creator accounts.
  • Performance reporting where included in your package.

We aim to deliver on the schedule we confirm with you. If platform, creator, or compliance issues outside our control cause a delay, we will communicate promptly and adjust the timeline in good faith.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a campaign before work has started. Once production, creator coordination, or publishing has begun, the engagement is considered in progress and is not eligible for cancellation with a refund.

For ongoing monthly retainers, you may cancel before the next billing cycle. Fees for the current period remain due for work already performed or scheduled.
